The China Telecom Intelligent Cloud Base in Huailai, Hebei, is a key component of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei digital infrastructure. Covering 185 acres with a total investment of 3.2 billion RMB, the project aims to become a model of energy-efficient, green data centers. With a capacity to house nearly 20,000 server racks and 280,000 servers, the Huailai Park is designed to support China Telecom’s growing demand for cloud computing and data services in the region. The facility features advanced energy-saving technologies, including liquid cooling and AI-driven energy management systems, and aims for a PUE below 1.15. Given the scale and complexity of the project, China Telecom needed a reliable and scalable power solution. EVADA’s HQ-M Series Modular UPS was chosen for its high power capacity, flexibility, and energy efficiency, perfectly aligning with the park’s long-term growth and sustainability goals.

The modular HQ-M Series UPS systems offer several advantages, making them the ideal choice for Huailai’s large-scale operations. The modular design allows for easy expansion, ensuring that the power supply can grow with the data center’s increasing demands. With capacities ranging from 200KVA to 600KVA, the UPS systems provide reliable support for the high-power equipment required by the park’s servers and infrastructure. Additionally, the HQ-M Series is designed to minimize downtime, with modular units that can be serviced or replaced individually without affecting overall operations.

As EVADA’s engineering team continues to fine-tune the systems on-site, the Huailai Cloud Base is set to become a cornerstone of China Telecom’s digital infrastructure, supporting the region’s economic and technological growth for years to come.
