Here, history whispers through the shophouses of Chinatown, the heritage temples of Little India and the vibrant murals of Kampong Glam, all blending seamlessly with the sleek, futuristic skyline that defines the city-state today.

Once a humble fishing village, it grew into a vital trading post under British rule, leveraging its strategic location along the Strait of Malacca.
