Recently, EVADA self-developed EMP125K-E³Series PCS received the CGC storage product certification from the Beijing Jianheng Certification Center, which verifies that the product meets stringent industry standards in terms of comprehensive performance and safety protection. This EVADA PCS is especially suited for complex outdoor applications in commercial and industrial energy storage systems.
This certification marks another national-level recognition of EVADA’s technological breakthroughs in power electronics and energy storage system safety, further strengthening its product competitiveness in the commercial and industrial energy storage sector.

Key Differences in the 2023 CGC National Standard
The 2023 version of the national standard for storage inverters introduces several key updates compared to the 2017 version. These include:
Categorization of connection voltage levels and updated grid connection requirements.
Additional functional requirements, including startup/shutdown, alarms and protection, insulation resistance detection, operational information monitoring, statistical data storage, and more.
Enhanced grid-related functionalities such as primary frequency regulation, inertia response, continuous fault ride-through, and operational adaptability.
Safety features such as equipotential connection, protection grounding, residual capacitance hazard protection, and mechanical protection.
New environmental adaptability requirements, such as salt mist resistance, and updated demands for low-temperature, high-temperature, and humidity resistance.
Adjusted electrical safety distances and insulation requirements.
As the construction of new power systems accelerates, and with the implementation of the new national standards GB/T 34120-2023 and GB/T 34133-2023, PCS, as a core component of energy storage systems, now faces higher technical barriers and has become a key metric for evaluating energy storage system efficiency.
